East Warren Public Market Lays the Groundwork

We’re thrilled to share that the E. Warren Public Market is making steady progress, thanks to the hard work and dedication of our E. Warren Development team and crew.

While the weather in July caused some delays, our team has been out on-site moving things forward. The foundation has been laid, the lot has been cleared of old and non-functional infrastructure, and fencing has been installed to ensure our neighbors’ safety. We’re also proud to announce the completion of the below-grade rough plumbing, which is a key milestone in this journey.

The next step will be to install the below ground electrical systems, once the site is level, paving the way for even more visible progress in the months ahead.

Although outside factors may influence the timeline, one thing remains constant: our team’s determination. Their commitment to this project and to our neighborhood shines through in every piece of work completed on site.

The E. Warren Public Market is more than just a construction project, it’s an investment in our community.
