An Investor Improving Morningside One Home at a Time

We have so many stories of bad investors who buy up homes in our neighborhood then neglect them, so it’s a pleasure to highlight someone who is doing quality rehab work and improving the neighborhood.

Investor and general contractor Steve Manning has strong ties and a long history in Morningside. He has rehabbed several homes here for U-SNAP-BAC over the past year or so and has just recently completed rehabbing a 3-bedroom 2- bathroom home at 3708 Nottingham. He plans to rehab and sell more in Morningside as houses become available.
