There’s a Lot Happening Within the Four Walls of the Ultreia Project

Although you wouldn’t know it from just driving by, a lot of progress has been made on rehabbing the building on E. Warren at Bedford. When we first covered the story in the May issue of The Morningsider, the Ultreia Project was still mostly a dream in the minds of Ellen Donnelly and Marc Maxey, co-owners of the architectural firm Field Day.

The inside of the building was essentially a pile of rubble. Now take a look at the tremendous progress they’ve made. It’s a dream that is slowly but surely coming true. We’ll keep an eye on it in the months to come.
