Harvest Fest - A Perfect Way to Spend a Beautiful Autumn Afternoon
Thank you to everyone who attended our 6th annual Morningside/Featherstone Gardens Harvest Fest on October 25. A fun time was had by all!
We had cider and doughnuts from the Franklin Cider Mill and Domino’s Pizza from the new location on Mack (between Alter and E. Outer Drive).
Special thank you to Annie Hakim for the "dirt cups” and delicious apple cobbler. Also, a huge shout out to Ms. Mel Jackson for the decorations and Halloween candy. The kids had a bouncy house, painted pumpkins, and made beautiful pictures out of fall-colored leaves and markers. And we loved the music! Brent Smith did an incredible job putting everything together.
The grounds at Featherstone are gorgeous and we are so happy to have such a great place in our community
