Celebrate Black History Month in the Neighborhood and Beyond
Every year there are more opportunities in metro Detroit to celebrate and learn about Black history and the many ways that African Americans have and continue to enrich our nation.
The Jefferson Branch Library is offering two more Black History-related programs for the family this month:
Black History Head Wrap Party

Donna Givens Davidson and Orlando Bailey, hosts of the podcast “Authentically Detroit” will lead a discussion of Black AF History: The UnWhitewashed Story of America,” by Michael Harriot.
